Today Woodbury Spine would like to introduce you to Intern Drew Ebel.  He is a great asset to our team, and his positive energy and dedication to living a chiropractic lifestyle rock!
1. How long have you been at Woodbury Spine? What is your job title?
I have been at Woodbury Spine since early May of 2015. My job title is “Chiropractic Intern”.
2. What is your best wellness tip?

Wellness is a lifelong journey. It’s not a fad diet, the latest  exercise regime, or a premier supplement. Eat well, stay active, and get adjusted!

3. What do you like to do in your free time (What makes you smile)?
I love to go on bike rides and watch movies with my wife.

4. Where are you from? Tell us a little about your family and background.

I grew up in Ireton, IA – a town of about 600 people in northwest Iowa. I have an older brother and an older sister. Most of my childhood was spent playing baseball, swimming, mowing lawns, and working on the farm. I went to high school in Sioux Center, IA, and did my undergraduate studies at Northwestern College in Orange City, IA before coming to Minnesota for chiropractic school.

5. How has chiropractic and/or a wellness lifestyle positively impacted you?
Knowing and living the chiropractic/wellness lifestyle allows me to live a very pain free/sick free life without the use of drugs and medications. It keeps me energized and able to enjoy life to its fullest.

6. What is your favorite food/meal?

Chipotle chicken pasta

7. Tell us something we might not already know about you that makes you unique.

Had I not pursued chiropractic, I would probably have continued my previous and only other job – a farmer/truck driver.

8. Who is a person that has had a strong positive impact on your life? My wife Kelsi has had a huge impact on my life. She has taught me to be a more caring, compassionate, and patient person.
